Yes, parents must complete the Afterschool Program Application.

Only Parents or authorized adults (18 years or older) can sign students out. Those not listed on students' application must provide a note from the parent or legal guardians. ID is required for check-outs.

Services are not provided during school holidays/closures. Please refer to ECS' 2018-2019 Academic School Year Calendar.
